Meal Prepping Tip:
Meal prepping doesn’t have to be hard or time consuming. Here’s a quick tip to make it a little easier.
The food pictured was all “prepped” while cooking my normal meals. Simply cook extra of everything and separate in containers. Eggs are boiled as the other food is being cooked. Easy as that!
-Top left: ground turkey, onions & bell peppers w/light marinara, squash, and roasted red skin potatoes.
-Top right: boiled eggs to eat throughout the day.
-Bottom: extra chicken made with no-salt seasoning, pepper, and light garlic salt.
-Not pictured: sweet potatoes baked in oven while cooking meals
*Quick tip: undercook extra chicken slightly so when you warm it up again it doesn’t become too dry.
