Quick At-Home Circuit

If you’re running low on time try this quick at-home workout to keep you on track towards your fitness goals.  These are all body-weight exercises and require no equipment.

10 Walking Pushups
20 Squats
30 Second Plank
30 Lunges (15 each side)
20 Burpees
10 Bridges

Rest 30-60 seconds.

Repeat 3-4 times.
