Proper Form: Deadlift

Proper form is always key. NEVER sacrifice form for more weights or reps!

When deadlifting be sure your back is never curved and to not hyperextend your lumbar by thrusting forward/leaning back too much. Doing either will cause harm to your back. A curved back will cause spinal disk compression and hyperextension can cause disk ruptures as well as other injuries.
